Welcome to the website of the State of Nevada Advisory Council for Prosecuting Attorneys.  The Advisory Council has a broad statutory mandate under NRS 241A.070 to provide leadership, training, education, resources and legislative advocacy on legal and public policy issues related to the duties of Nevada's prosecutors.
